Your quest for sustainable living does not have to stop with shopping at the local farmers market or driving a Prius. WeWood Time Pieces has come up with eco friendly watches made of 100% natural wood. The watches are free of any artificial or toxic material and since being made of wood, weight only 1.5 ounces.

There are two styles, the Date, which looks to be highly inspired by the people at Rolex, and the Crono, which does require a battery. (not sure how that battery part is ‘green’) For every watch purchased, WeWood has pledged to plant a tree. This program is called ‘One Watch.One Tree.One Planet.’ and is in conjunction with the American Forests organization which hopes to plant 200 million trees by 2020.
